Al,

I only changed to profile to keep working and totally agree 
that it is simply a band-aid. When I talked to software support, 
they said I must go through fax or ECS because I do not have 
a support line contract.  I sent a fax and waited a day.  
Finally figured out they meant I could order a PTF via fax.  
At this point I have taken your advice and set up a maintenance 
contract and severity 1 problem.
