    I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw the value in having the 
paper around.  CDs are great for looking up that API you sort of 
remember, but for serious content reading, I gotta have the real 
goods.  (Guess I'll head back into my cave now so I won't get 
trampled by any dinosaurs.)
