I received the exact same message, I can order SF98440 & SF97440, and they get
downloaded find, but I can't order the latest CUM using SF99440.  I tried this a
few times.  By the way, it didn't work from one of our V4R3 machines ordering 
the
SF99430 either.   It almost sounds like an overload at IBM.
