Re: Convert programs from CISC to RISC

Can I ask a very stupid question.  Why would you put up with a vendor creating a
CISC tape for your RISC box?  Don't they have a RISC version? Don't they have
RISC machines? Don't they send out their software on a CD?  I am very curious,
why people put up with this type of behavior?
