× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

What you say is correct.  That is why I recommend the PTF via the Internet 
ordering 
technique.  But I am not sure that is what they meant.

i think what he meant was that if you order a specific ptf that's for a
different machine, it can't check the machine and send any prerec or
corec ptf's.  that is true, i've been burned by that before too.
