What do you mean by "wrong"? And if you tell your customers you are licensing it concurrent, and you license it concurrent, what could possibly be "wrong" in that? This all depends on a number of factors. 1. Are you licensing the software the same way you did when your customers originally bought the software? 2. If you are not licensing it the same way, does this incur a higher cost on your customers? I don't think it's "right" to tell someone their software will cost them $1000 a year when they buy it, then charge them $2000 a year. 3. What do you mean by "goes back to using the software" and "re-issued a license"? Goes back to using it after a day? After a year? After a month? Reissue a license from your company? From the software itself? Does the user have to re-pay for this license? This part is totally unclear. 4. I feel if you sell someone a product, and tell them what their costs are going to be, I fell it's not "right" to start charging them more than originally stated. In fact, I think you are legally required to maintain the cost, as long as upgrades et al are not included.
