Thanks to all for the replies. ;-) No, I will not hold anyone legally responsible. ;-) I was a little concerned about the "moral" issue. I think I have a legal right to delete users and add the new ones as needed, but to do this "automatically" seemed to be skirting around in legalities (what is the meaning of is? <ha-ha>). I disagree with my software vendor about their licensing practices, and the definition of concurrent. They seem to think concurrent means I use a license for each emulation session I start. I tend to think as long as I use one sign on, one PC, one AS/400, one line, it is one use, regardless of the number of windows. But that is another issue.
