The thing that bugs me is that WE end up paying for his SPAM.

I pay for our connection to the internet based on bandwidth.  The more we
use, the more we pay. (Fractional T1)

I have been logging all traffic going through my T1 for the last year.
Guess what most of the traffic is?  Spam, Ads, and other unsolicited
information.

I have started blocking domains that are associated with Spam, Ads, and
unsolicited information.  I am tired of paying for others advertising.  If
you want to send me unsolicited information, pay for the act of doing so
yourself.  Don't force me to pay for it.

Of course, if you count TIME involved with reading this Spam, the price of
it jumps significantly.




I tried blocking adforce.ads.imgis.com, NEWS400.com's ad server.  Found out
that news/400 is actually redirecting you to the ad server.   I guess you
can't block it all.
