Here is the opposite - maybe this will get you started.


Description - ShadowLink is a DOS utility that converts IBM System/38 and 
AS/400 database files to dBase III/IV format. Shadowlink
transfers the host database file to an ASCII format file and a PC File 
Description File (FDF) using PC Support, then reads both
