Here in Central Mississippi (Jackson), we have a unique market. We have
WorldCom, Skytel, Mobilecomm, and several other large AS/400 shops in the
area. They are always hiring and keep the job market tight.

A couple of the state Junior Colleges teach on the AS/400. Our company
started a co-op program with one of the Junior Colleges. We typically hire
one student in the fall and one in the spring. Keeps lots of new blood
coming into the company.
