Sorry, I was trying to make a tongue-in-cheek reference (hence the
emoticon) about Jon Paris' statement regarding 90% of the RPG
programmers not being able to understand RPG IV programs which use new
features of RPG IV.

I knew the article meant a shortage of people; I was just attempting
to twist it into a humorous statement about those of us who work on
the 400 here in the USA.

I hope I didn't offend anybody with the comment.
