Art makes some good points, for only 5250 emulation low bandwidth is fine. For almost 2 years we used a dedicated dialup account with an ISP for $75/month. It run using a WinNT box that controlled the dial and WinProxy that controlled access. The access speed was really fine. We have switched to ADSL, offered here in the Atlanta area for $60/month. The speed is unreal (up to T1 on the download, 256K on the upload.
