John, You may also want to checkout your local user group and see what kind of educational offerings they have. Many have a annual technical conference which can be very worth your programmers time and bucks... I know that there's some great ones in the DC, Boston(covers all of New England), Philly, Toronto, Orange County(CA), areas...just to name a FEW... Also I know that the DC LUG will be bringing in Charley Massoglia this summer to do his one-day'er on RPG IV..and it's going to be at a incredibly decent rate (www.wash-midrange.org).
