Sorry, I forgot to put the release in my initial email.  OS/400 is at V4R3
and cum level is C8349420.  I have already applied the PTF's you listed.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, what release and what cum are
you
at?  There are a number of PTF's related to TCP/LAN print:
V4R1 - SF50932, SF52880, SF51543, SF53090
V4R2 - SF53791, SF52837, SF51170, SF54212
V4R3 - SF51551, SF51746

We have had similar problems to your first.  I have not applied the PTF's
yet
but that is my first step.
