Sounds to me like you have an oldy. Probably the only method is to use a twinax emulation card in a PC. You install the card and it lets your PC be a terminal on the AS400. Also, most have some sort of file transfer program. Give the old system you are on, this is probably the safest bet. There are many good vendors of cards and software, but I would check out the BOSAaNOVA card and software. It works pretty well and their file xfer works well also. Sorry I don't have a URL for them.
