You stored your spreadsheet on the AS/400 as a spreadsheet. It did not magically become AS/400 database information. Try saving the spreadsheet as a .PRN file which is a simpler structure than a .XLS. As far as the CPYFRMPCD command, you probably had the wrong folder name somewhere down the line. Go back and check you AS/400 drive mapping and make sure QDLS is part of the folder structure you used. QDLS is where objects exist on the AS/400 that commands like CPYFRMPCD, WRKFLR, WRKDOC... can reference.
