I know that there is a TAATOOL called DLTOLDSPLF that allows you to do just
this.  You specify outq's to look at and how old the spool files are to be
deleted.  I use it weekly through the job scheduler to clean up specific
outq's and works just great!  You can also specify just to move them to
another outq, if that's needed.
