Thanks to those who replied! I found all the code (I hope) for the
DLTOLDSPLF programs in the Bookmanager (yes, that is Infoseeker I'm
using), and I've compiled the command, and the CL program. But I can
not compile the RPG program because it uses the following copy books
which are not being found during compile time...

/COPY QRPGSRC,EUSRSPLA
/COPY QRPGSRC,QUSGEN
/COPY QRPGSRC,QUSLSPL
/COPY QRPGSRC,QUSRSPLA

Does anyone know where I can get ahold of the source for these copy
books?

Thanks again,

The API manual contains DLTOLDSPLF as a sample application that uses
spooled file API to do it's thing.

Not in standard cleanup. But in User tools there used to be a tool
DLTOLDSPLF or smth like this, which could filter out unwanted spool
files
and either delete them or move to a designated output queue.
It was implemented rather inefficiently - when some APIs were not yet
available. Can be reengineered using APIs.
