Not in standard cleanup. But in User tools there used to be a tool
DLTOLDSPLF or smth like this, which could filter out unwanted spool files
and either delete them or move to a designated output queue.
It was implemented rather inefficiently - when some APIs were not yet
available. Can be reengineered using APIs.

I was wondering if there is any way to define to the clean-up process
(GO CLEANUP) a set of user output queues that it could incorporate when
it performs clean-up, and not just for joblogs but for any spooled file.
Thanks for any insights provided...
