Henrik, I have installed operations console at one customer site so far. The installation was NOT smooth. The tips we gained: (Read 'lessons we learned') 1) After installing Client Access make SURE you have installed the latest CA service pack. 2) Installing Operations Console adds some RAS stuff to NT. For that to work correctly you MUST re-install NT ServicePack 3. 3) As you stated 115,200 is the required baud rate. 4) Note that at the initial signon prompt you are signing on with the *DST* Userid and Password, NOT an OS/400 userid. Once installed it works great.
