Tools needed

I have a question for you all and if there were a manual  I would check
it.  I have a need for a tool(s) that does the following:

1. Decompile objects-RPG, CL (That's the easy one)

2. Compare Database files.  If I have 2 identically defined files in 2
libraries, how can I tell the difference in their fields?

3. Compare Spool files.  If I have 2 reports that are similar, is there
a way to compare for differences, even possibly getting them to a
database file first.

I have tried combinations of CMPPFM and various TAATOOLS with minor
success but have not found anything that would handle large record
lengths and mult rec logicals very well.  Can anyone recommend something
for any of these needs.
