First of all, thanks to all who replied. I downloaded Flatulance... and we are
trying it tomorrow at work. However my problem was solved today. After
spending way too long trying different options, and other people trying also,
a guy a work within an hour  transferred the spreadsheet to Access, formatted
all the columns properly (they all come in at 256), sent it up to 400...
Viola! All is perfect in my world once again. Thanks again.

p.s.  Roger, I never heard back from you... did you try to run your program
over it?
