Ah!  There's the old IBM spirit!  those damned old farts caused all the 
trouble.  You'd think customers had nothing better to do all day than pester us 
true professionals, right?  

I don't know what the original writer's point of view is, but I can tell you 
mine:  Your customers are on your side, Mr. IBMer. We are not the enemy.

Let me say this Dick: IBMers are IBMs worst enemy, not the customers and not 
Microsoft.

(I also know some very fine IBMers but IBM has some real bozos, guys that 
really make the IRS look gentle and well mannered.)
