i knew someone not too long ago that refused to buy ibm because a ce was rude 
to them - in 1962!

it seems foolish to discard the best solution to a problem because of one rude 
employee, but that's the way it is.

i don't like microsoft because of their arrogant chief exec, but i use them 
because that's where the market is.
