Can you imagine using an ATM machine with a >green screen! > >ATMs are point and click! I think we may not are calling the same thing by the same name. I have not seen an ATM machine where i can "point" and "click". I have seen machine with touch screen but there is no drag and drop (which is part of a GUI). In fact the touch screen emulate a special keyboard with keys for witdraws, deposit ... But if you consider that point and click, then i am pointing and clicking right now at my PC keyboard. Up here in the province of quebec, the bank that has the most ATM machines has a lot of them with real green screen. It has 4 buttons on each side to select option and a numeric keyboard for entering amounts. Making a witdraw is fast and easy: Enter my nip (5 keys) select fast witdrwas (1 key) select account (1 key) select ammount (1 key) et Voila, instant cash by pressing 8 keys, no graphics, no window, just easy access to my money +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
