Re: Retrieving SFLPAG Value

Having a scroll bar only on some application if the file is small enought may 
cause a situation where you have inconsistency. What if the users wants a 
scroll bar on a huge file?

I'd suggest that you consider the size of the files involved with a subfile  
and either fill exactly a page, or fill the entire subfile.  If the file is 
large then users will rarely scroll through page by page, so loading two pages 
offers little advantage.  On the other hand if the file is small, say 3,000 
records or less, then go ahead and load the whole thing and be done with it.  
Throw on a scroll bar if the users have enhanced green screen display 
capability and you have an attractive and speedy solution.
