FTP Problem

I have some problem to set home directory user profile
/QDLS/Folder1/Folder2.
I try to change user profile CHGUSRPRF  HOMEDIR(QDLS/FOLDER1/FOLDER2 but
not succes.
because still in library QGPL

Has any one know how to set home directory user profile in FTP to AS-400
?
