Your question will probably received many answer. In our case, the most 
noticable differance was in the time to load the programs in memory. It is 
slower with RPGIV. I think that it is because the objects are larger. The 
source file needs to be larger for RPGIV (112 instead of 92 i think). But over 
all, we are very happy to have switch to RPGIV. I would do it again, no 
hesitation.
