Notice that when you first execute WRKACTJOB, all of the counts and percents 
are set at zero. Press F10 or F5 and then exit. Later, execute WRKACTJOB again 
without signing off. The counts and percents are not zero. Something is running 
in the background, if only to record the counts and percentages.
