Hi John, how ya doing?

We added drives to our array when we upgraded to the 640s and the CE
just ran some command to restripe the data accross the new drives. In
truth I was paying more attention to another issue involving the IPCS
but I do believe it is just that simple.

I have heard that there is a process to add drives to an existing raid
set (my CE said so) without bringing down my system. All that is
needed is SST.

System is a 640, with 4 - 4gb drives. Running V4R1
Want to add 2 more 4giggers.

Anyone have any experience with this.

TIA,

John
