One of my customers had the CE in to do this, 'No problem, nobody will even 
notice' he says.  Then
the system locked up.  CE Utters four letter word ('oops'). IPL to recover.

Make sure the CE knows the EXACT sequence to perform the operation, then it is 
safe.
