Disk Upgrades

I have heard that there is a process to add drives to an existing raid set (my 
CE said so) without bringing down my system.  All that is needed is SST.

System is a 640, with 4 - 4gb drives.  Running V4R1
Want to add 2 more 4giggers.

Anyone have any experience with this.
