I'm not going to roll it out to my users with this problem.  In fact, they 
are all still on V3R1M2 at a fairly old, reasonably stable pack level, since 
I don't like any of the newer packs for V3R1M2 or V3R1M3.  I am getting very 
frustrated that IBM just can't seem to get PC5250 to work CORRECTLY before 
releasing a service pack.  Don't they test the darned thing?
