IBM CA team must be using the Microsoft method: Release beta code
as if it were fully tested and then wait for US to tell them where

I'm not going to roll it out to my users with this problem. In fact, they
are all still on V3R1M2 at a fairly old, reasonably stable pack level, since
I don't like any of the newer packs for V3R1M2 or V3R1M3. I am getting very
frustrated that IBM just can't seem to get PC5250 to work CORRECTLY before
releasing a service pack. Don't they test the darned thing?
