     CL program SCN004CL needs to be added to your startup program for 
     each session you want to be made available to the utility. Also, 
     make sure the users have authority to lib QRPLOBJ 
     (read,add,delete,exec). This library is used to hold the dtaq 
     objects that identify eligible jobs.

I recently downloaded and compiled the programs related to DSPUSRSC from 
the midrange computing magazine web site.  When I fire this puppy up, I 
receive a message that says "No qualified interactive jobs found." 
 Regrettably, I don't have the March 1996 article.  Can anyone tell me what 
else I need to do?  I am a midrange computing magazine subscriber.  Any 
assistance is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
