You need to have one of the CL programs (i think the #4) in the users
initial program.  Works great from there.

I recently downloaded and compiled the programs related to DSPUSRSC from
the midrange computing magazine web site.  When I fire this puppy up, I
receive a message that says "No qualified interactive jobs found."
 Regrettably, I don't have the March 1996 article.  Can anyone tell me what
else I need to do?  I am a midrange computing magazine subscriber.  Any
assistance is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
