I've used the QDCRLIND QDCRCTLD and QDCRDEVD API's to get this info. The
device definition contains the name etc of the active job using the
connection. You have to go through the line and controller(s) to find all
devices using that line. If you know the device attached to the line (it
may be easy for BSC and ASYNC lines - you may have obvious naming
standards) you can check the object lock by trying to allocate the device
description using ALCOBJ.
