Unfortunately no. You don't specify, are you using APPC over async to an ascii controller or dial up TCP/IP (slip or ppp) to a V24 (rs232) comm port. Using SNA the answer is MOST definitly no, and with TCP/IP I still belive the answer is no because I don't believe the AS400 can actually act as a router. For what you wish to do, you need some sort of dial Remote Access Server (RAS) connected to your network. A WINNT box will do, or there are many RAS hardware solutions on the market and many router have dial up RAS ports. Many ways to solve the problem.
