Are you saying that someone valued dependability over glitz and features ?
and that, 
Her/His current 16 bit apps (maybe a word processer that already had
underline/Bold/Italics/Fonts/Sizes)  did all they needed?

Hmm.  Don't let WinTel get that person's address.  I heard that people 
with those priorities have turned up missing so they will not start a 
most unfortunate trend.  Think of it.  More people might start evaluating
products for the value they bring factored by their stability/support 
costs ! 

  Hmmm.   Now that starts me wondering,  What real usable value does 
Lose98 bring again???   And Would I get that money back in bottom line 
productivity savings after rolling that cost(and the necessary back office 
and other software upgrades) across a few hundred users ??  Hmm.  

I gotta save thousands right ??  

And I heard it's twice as stable as Lose95.   
Then again,  what is 2 times zero ???

I'll take my tongue out of my cheek now.  

This was only a hypothetical view point.  No one would be that foolish
to think that way.
