If you are on a V2R3 or later release, then you could use the system
command Analyze User Objects (ANZUSROBJ). This command does an object
to source analysis (based on change dates not the actual source) for
lots of object types. There is a file created for custom reporting if
desired, and additional information can be found at the IBM AS/400
Year 2000 home page.
Following are the PTFs to have the command on various releases:
