We just included the CL command STRHOSTSVR *ALL into our QSTRUP sysyem-wide 
auto-start job,  this automatically starts it up when the system is started 
each time  Make sure you execute the command with a QPGMR security level or 
higher, or the STRHOSTSVR command won't complete properly.
