Client Access

Can someone help me?

Our users are running Client Access V3R1M3 SF45363.

When they try to bring up an AS/400 session, the screen comes up but no
connection to the AS/400.  It seems that NS Router doesn.t get started.

When I start NS Router manually and then I can bring up an AS/400
session.

Anyone know of a solution to this?
