Darn!  _TWO_ "BRAVO'S" in less than six months???!!!  The list _MUST_ be
becoming more eclectic ;-)!  Bravo, Don!  The problem isn't the post (which
was _WELL_ within list guidelines and quite _ON_ topic for today's average
midrange shop), but management.  You're right, the only people I saw at _THE
WHOLE DARN CONFERENCE_ that were under 30 were either in management, got their
job from an older "friend", or didn't come from an IS background.  No wonder
IBM is focusing all its efforts on JAVA in the foreseeable future -- problem
is, no JAVA app's need to be made Y2K compliant...
