On CHGJRN command, check the system help for the MNGRCV(*SYSTEM) parm
option.
For deleting, you could just DLTJRNRCV using a generic name.
>From WRKRPYLE add a system reply list entry to take a 'C' option to
CPA7025 (journal received not saved) so it won't delete any not yet
saved.  You can name a specific journal by creating multiple entries for
CPA7025 using the compare data - for example:
