Phani,

I think you want to use the CHGJOB command, or possibly OVRPRTF. It doesn't 
sound as though you really want to change the user profile at all. Besides, 
CHGUSRPRF is not a command that you usually want to run in production jobs. It 
is for administrative use only, and requires *SECADM authority, without which, 
you can't even change your own user profile with CHGUSRPRF.
