× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Hello,
Why don't you just set up a *JOBD (Job description) and on the job 
description put the *OUTQ for that user to use, then assign the *JOBD to 
the user on the WRKUSRPRF setup?  This way that will be their default 
*OUTQ.
