Can't find a V4R1 equivalent.  There is an APAR SA72203 open for the
same problem on V3R7.  The APAR closed March 13, 1998 and it's shows the
PTF is in test status (doesn't show a PTF # yet).
My guess would be that the fix is in the base code for V4.
