I don't know about the Japanese problem (muzukashi, deshita ne!)

We had this error with cum tape C8048320.  It was due to a BAD PTF -
SF45949.  The correction was SF47083.  Unfortunately, a delayed IPL was
needed.  You might want to check and see if there was a parallel problem
with V4R1....
