I would not be worrying about a byte of DASD right now. That is what got us into this mess. What counts is the ability to get rid of the problem on time, and be fully functional from a business viewpoint. Oh yes and personally survive the experience How performance will get fixed be it RISC only or CISC also - I'll let Jon Paris tell us. In my opinion, a date of 01/01/0000 is more ridiculous than 00/00/0000. > >Joe Teff >QDS >Bloomington, MN >+--- >| This is the Midrange System Mailing List! >| To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". >| To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. >| Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com >+--- >uucp > +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
