What we've done for our Win95 shut down problem was get a new file from IBM's FTP site. The file is CWBIFS.ZIP which unzips to CWBIFS.VXD. We then went into \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ and renamed CWBIFS.VXD to CWBIFS.VXD.SAVE and then copied our new version into its place. Rebooted. So far the problem has not returned on any of the four machines we've tried it with. The file is, according to IBM, a test file. ---------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin --------------------------------------------------- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
