Carl:

You're right.  I'm sure I've said these things before, but I'll be sure to
reiterate them.

Question to customer:  Do you really think that a PC server system can provide
24X7 availability for 1 week, much less for 1 year like your AS/400 has?  You
can't afford 4 hours of downtime, are you confident that a PC server won't 
require
(Read CTRL-ALT-DEL)  that downtime?
